A marathon training program in UCity

I blogged a month ago about the Dilworth Run For Your Life store's USA Fit marathon/half-marathon training program (here). Back today to let you know the University RFYL location is kicking off its USA Fit programs on Saturday, July 11. Conflicts with the Dilworth location's Run For Your Cause 4-Miler (read about that here), but if you live north of the city, this is a great alternative to driving all the way down to Dilworth every Saturday morning for the next five-six months.

Here's the info, from the coordinator of the University programs, Eddie David:

There is nothing like finishing a marathon...and whether you aspire to run your first ot twenty-first race, USA Fit North Charlotte is here to help guide you every step of the way.
